Service complaint about Aviation ADR
If you wish to make a formal complaint about the service that you have received from Aviation ADR, or CDRL, please fill out this service complaint form here, your complaint will then be reviewed, and if appropriate, passed to our Chief Adjudicator for a response.
Once you have the Chief Adjudicator’s response, if you remain dissatisfied, this can be reviewed by an Independent Assessor.
The Independent Assessor has no affiliation with Aviation ADR and reports to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The CAA has full transparency of all complaints that are reviewed by the Independent Assessor.
Make a service complaint by post
Service complaints can also be made in writing, please provide full details of the complaint, including your complaint ID number, and post to this address.
