Which airlines are members of Aviation ADR EU?

Aviation ADR EU Members – the companies below have subscribed to AviationADR and agreed to engage with our scheme, meaning any final determination is binding upon it, if accepted by you.

AviationADR (a division of Consumer Dispute Resolution Ltd) is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority (the aviation regulator), to operate as an ADR body for aviation consumers. If you’ve had a dispute with an airline and are looking to escalate your complaint, we are here to help you get your dispute resolved.

Aviation ADR deals with the Airline members below if either the destination or departure is a UK airport with the exception of:

Ryanair, Which we can accept any flight that either had a destination or departure airport of the UK and Spain.

Wizz Air, Which we can accept any flight that either had a destination or departure airport of Hungary, Uk and Germany

Air Canada, We can accept any flight that either had a destination or departure of a Danish, French, Spanish, Italian, UK and German Airport.
