Um einen Anruf über den Text-Relay-Dienst zu tätigen, wählen Sie bitte (18002) 020 3540 8063, entweder mit einem Texttelefon oder der NGT-App. Wenn Sie verbunden sind, kommunizieren wir mit Ihnen über einen Text-Relay-Assistenten.
Wir haben auch die Möglichkeit, Sie mit demselben Service zurückzurufen, um die beste Antwort von uns zu erhalten. Bitte vereinbaren Sie einen Termin.
Die Person, die anwählt, zahlt für den Anruf, dies wird auf der Personen-Netzwerkrechnung berechnet, als ob der Anruf von A nach B wie jeder normale Telefonanruf getätigt worden wäre. Für den Text Relay-Assistenten fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten an.

Every page of our front end website is audio enabled (Text to speech), this means that the website is read to you, clickable buttons are available to provide this service.
Support for people with reading difficulties
Our Text to speech feature also supports anybody with some learning difficulties or who may have difficulties in reading.
Please note that our complaints forms and back-end dashboard do not support this feature as it was deemed too complicated for the user to operate because inputting of information would be problematic. This issue has been solved by phoning us, we will fill the complaint forms on your behalf and keep you updated over the phone.
