How to complain about an Emirates flight?

Before filing your complaint with us.

To file your complaint with us regarding your delayed or cancelled flight with Emirates,  you must have already complained to them directly in writing. You would also need to have either received a final written response (sometimes referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’) or, given Emirates eight (8) weeks to respond to your dispute. Aviation Dispute Resolution can only deal with unresolved complaints.
